About this service
Wedding Memories lets wedding guests upload photos and videos to share with a couple. By using this service you agree to these terms.
Your content
You must only upload content that you have the right to share. By uploading, you confirm that:
- You took the photo or video, or have permission from the person who did
- The content does not depict anything illegal or harmful
- You are not uploading content on behalf of someone else without their knowledge
By uploading content to this service, you grant the wedding couple an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from your upload, in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial use, without any obligation to seek further consent or provide compensation.
Acceptable use
You must not use this service to upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or illegal. The wedding organiser and the operators of this service may remove any upload at their discretion and without notice. Where content is suspected to be illegal, the operators reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement.
Service availability
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE OPERATORS OF WEDDING MEMORIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. UPLOAD LINKS ARE TIME-LIMITED AND WILL EXPIRE AS INDICATED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY CONTENT UPLOADED WILL BE RETAINED INDEFINITELY OR RECOVERED IN THE EVENT OF LOSS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEDDING MEMORIES, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF £100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
